In our living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautiful set of curtains and blinds can bring just as much to an interior design scheme as the furniture. And it is the details and design touches that make our rooms interesting.

Often plain simple neutral pair of curtains or blinds is all a room needs. Less is more.

Curtains, blinds and cushions can also be the perfect place to create a wow factor.

We can play with a curtain's leading edge (that's the vertical edge in the middle of the window where the curtains meet). Braid, trim, piping and fabric borders can be used to create a smart contrast, an elegant tailored feel or a playful pop of colour. For the extra adventurous, you can even add pompoms and tassels!

Blinds... need to say something specifically about blinds.
